YAY!!! Right now, it's hot outside, which would usually make it a bad thing, right? Well.... twas so until it started RAINING!!!! Okay, so I was sitting on my computer, and my dad goes "Did you hear that thunder?" I was just laughed and was like, "No, dad, no." and then he's like "lightening!" So just out of curiosity I looked out the window, and waddya know? Twas RAINING!! So I jumpped up and down and ran outside totally barefoot and just stood there. Geez, it was so awesome. Totally loved it!!
Well, its ALMOST school again, (a month or something?) and I still have to do my summer reading list. We have to read Ender's Game and To Kill A Mockingbird. Then after we read those we have to answer a whole bunch of hard questions.
I read Enders Game a while ago. It's about a young boy who has to go and work / train and beat the "buggers" that are trying to take over the world. It sounds really stupid, but its still a great story. Its written by Orson Scott Card and there's the official website
"The story takes place on Earth in the future. Earth has been attacked twice by an alien species called Buggers, nearly destroying the human race. Mankind begins training young geniuses to become soldiers and commanders to fight in Earth's defence if the Buggers should ever attack again. Ender is extremely intelligent,and at the age of six years old, he goes to Battle School to be trained. Ender quickly rises to the top in Battle School and begins training in order to command Earth's fleet."
I haven't even started To Kill A Mockingbird yet... oh well

She's so talented... to be able to have the courage to kill of one of the best characters in the book. What is Harry supposed to do? He was correct in the part about everyone that stood in the way / protected Harry from Voldemort.
The part when Harry breaks up with Ginny was fairly predictable - that's been in almost all the Fan Fiction that I've read. It was sad, but I think that eventually, they will get back together.
Horcruxes are pretty confusing. But I have to admit that I was more confused on the 5th books ending. This book was much more clear and understandable.

Okay, for a long time now, I couldn't see the "About Me" part of the Bird Sounds. Yeah, okay so about three seconds ago, I noticed that there was a little scroll bar... and that it just wasn't aligned. *smacks forehead* So now I'm going to go look in the code and see what's happening. *crosses fingers*
Wow. Okay, so I now have the book! Although I'm only on page 210, it has been a great book so far. Well, the beginning was a little bit like it was on fast foreward, and it seemed like things happened to easily - there was no struggle. An example would be like when Hermione finds out about the book from the HBP, and she does one charm and decides that it's perfectly okay... hmm... she should've taken her time a little bit more. Another thing is when all Harry has to do is "hold on" to aparate... that was a little bit odd. BUT, I did love how she described how it felt.
Plus, the whole Snape still being evil... IDK, but how can Dumbledore be that unaware?
The part with the HBP potions book was pretty cool, and Hermione's reaction when Harry did the best was pretty funny.
Well, I'm off to reading again!

Oh, and as a totally random note, I think that JK uses MS Word Synonyms. like, who would really write using these words, "and subsequently convicted by the Wizengamot" (American Version, Pg. 211 last paragraph). Sounds like she didn't want to use the word "then". I also felt this way during Dumbledore's welcoming speech.
Okay, so don't get me wrong, I am a total HP freak, but these were just somethings that I was like whoa... It's still a great book!
OMG school's been so0o0o0 a lot of work. Like, everyday we have to do an essay for homework, and then IN class we have to get in groups of three or four and do an essay and a powerpoint. It's been entertaining, but gosh... only a few more days left!! yay!!
oh, and its so cool cuz I've been hanging out with all the sophmores, so they get to show me around and tell me all the things about being a freshy!! yay!! *does the freshy dance*
LMHO!!! okay, so it was the day after the 4th of July, and i was doing my homework, and I got a phone call from Trevor *hehe, ya* and he was like "hey, did you know theres a fire right by your house?" and i was like "whoa..."
and then we left and went away. so it was all good... ya...
Okay.......... so first Dad and I went to Palmdale high school so we could listen to the band and cool stuff like that. There were some fireworks and zesty stuff!! It was so0o0 funny cuz I was candice, but i didnt know it was her! i had only recognized the people that were around her. (they were from her church) and so i told my dad something like "hey, see the girl in the red next to the girl in the big hat?"
welllll it turns out that the girl in the big hat was CANDICE! lmho, so0o0 funny.
And then I went back to my mom's house and there was a good view of all the fireworks and stuff like that. There were a whole bunch of fires all around. kinda sad...
