Libranet to ArkLinux

I started wondering what it would take to convert my Libranet box over to ArkLinux alpha 9-1. After considering all the options, a hard drive was hooked up to another machine, installed Libranet 2.8.1 and used scp to copy the /home/username over to the new drive. This took almost 6 hours. As I'm typing this message, I'm installing Ark Linux onto the box and then will copy /home/username to the AL distribution.

Hopefully this will work.

Now, I really should have a hard drive with just /home on it and then the other drive can easily be changed from one distribution to another.
