Tom Laughner has the first real news I've heard about the forthcoming Dell Tablet PC that's evidently been on display at this week's Educause Conference:
"I saw Dell's new tablet. It'll be released on December 11. It's not much lighter than my Toshiba. However, the most interesting thing about it is that you won't need a special stylus. You can use any hard device (similar to most PDAs). Surprisingly, most tablets require the special stylus."
I think the Dell has dual digitizers: one active and one touch based. Am I wrong?
I can't wait for the Dell Tablet to come out. It's on the top of my "new Tablet list."
