Well, actually, these aren't technically Tablet PCs because they don't have the Tablet OS. They use Windows XP and a touch display rather than the Tablet OS and an active digitizer. This has been the distinction between Tablets and non-Tablets. This is changing, however. Now you can get a touchscreen built into a Tablet. The Fujitsu LifeBook 1510 is one example. It's a very nice, ultraportable Tablet with touch.
