CNet points to this excellent Microsoft Knowledge Base article that lists some of the apps that you might have trouble with once you install SP2.
On my machine Photoshop's update feature has stopped working too, but I don't see it on the list. It's one of those things I haven't taken more than two seconds to figure out what's going on. No biggy, but I'll pass along what it is once I figure it out.
