Peter and others point out the underutilized TabletPCDeveloper. Yep, sites like these take a tremendous amount of energy and it demonstrates that they are more than a database with a web front end. But you know what? When money's tight and there's so much to do, I'm not sure if I were Microsoft that I'd throw any more money at it either.
In comments to Peter's post, some have suggested more contests to help TabletPCDeveloper. I think there are some structure changes that would need to be made first. I'd like to see the site reorganized into categories. I'd like some screenshots too. Short blurbs don't tell me much. Overall, I still think CodeProject.com is a better model to follow than the one TabletPCDeveloper uses. My guess is that without these kinds of changes the detectable signal-to-noise ratio will continue to deteriorate on the site.
