I had a first today: I was using my Desktop computer--messaging with Lora--and an idea came up that I needed to draw a picture for. So I switched over to the Tablet PC so I could draw her a picture of what I had in mind.
I know it's such a minor thing, but I keep mental notes (and handwritten too, of course :-) ) of times like this to better understand how I really use things. Who knows, it may suggest a whole new product idea.
One trick I use with Messenger: I have multiple Messenger accounts so I can pop back and forth between computers without having to sign off and on. The downside is that it can be a bit confusing to others. I get lots of comments such as, "Hey, how can you be signed on as two different people?" But until Messenger gains the ability to have simultaneous presence across multiple machines, this is the only way I know to do it.
