I have to read Tuck Everlasting for class. So far the book is really good, though I haven't gotten that far. I'll tell you more when I finish.

Wow!!! This is a great book. The movie's pretty good, too.
It's just so poetic.
I luv this book, it's probably the best one I've read this year!!!!!

Winnie wanted to run away b/c she was tired of being told what to do all of the time. The man in the yellow suit amazed the constable by informing him that he was able to get the Fosters to sell their woods to him. The tucks learned about winnie that she had died two years previously.

Does anybody know why winnie wanted to run away, how did the man in the yellow suit amaze the constable, and what did the tucks learn about Winnie?

Tuck Everlasting is full of symbolism. For example, the man in the yellow suit verses the lighning bug in chapter four. Everlasting friendship verses the spring water. What is life if it is one lived alone? This book represents life in every cycle. Babbit wrote a very unique and well put together tale.

Tuck Everlasting a lovely book. It's a little confusing, though. I have a question who is the man in the yellow suit?
