Did you know that most New Year's resolutions are broke days or week after they are made?
Newsround Has more info on the topic, but here is some advise that may help you keep you resolutions:
1. Don't make your resolution to large. This is because a large resolution may be hard to follow.
2. Take your resolution one step at a time. If you know your resolution will be hard to follow, take it one step at a time. Newsround gave a good example, "...if you make it your mission to keep your bedroom tidy you could begin by tidying it once a week..."
3. See it. If for you a New Years resolution is hard to keep because you always forget what it is, then make something that tells you what your resolution is. For example, make a poster stating what your resolution is and hang it on your door.
