Another person has been scarred by a henna tattoo.
"11-year-old Ted Heritage from Leigh-on-Sea in Essex got a picture of Bart Simpson put onto his arm while on holiday in Cephalonia, Greece, according to the Sun newspaper." Newsround
I think it's stupid to get a henna tattoo. I have read two articles already where someone has been harmed by them. Why even take the chance of beening scarred?
Posted by EMH at September 5, 2003 07:51 PM | TrackBackNot all henna is bad.I myself have been giving henna tattoos for about 7 years. I have never seen anything like what you are saying.Sure like with everything some can have a reaction, but most do not. Also it is in the product that is being used. If a person is using the correct mixture of henna and other products correctly then this does not happen.Only the inexperanced people and the new people who are not schooled properly are the ones giving henna a bad rap.Do not judge all of us.Some of us know what we are doing and the correct questions to ask before giving someone a henna tattoo.Do not get me wrong. I feel for the people who have been hurt.Such a thing should never happen.Be afraid but get the facts straight befor you condem all of us trying to make a living. Some of us enjoy our art and want others to enjoy it too.We are not out to harm anyone.I can not say I am sorry enough for those who have been scared.Thank you for listening. If you have any comments good or bad.I would like to help or advise.Email me.tkattattoo@msn.com
